Buckskin Gulch Tour
About a 2 hour beautiful drive from Springdale, Buckskin Gulch is located in the Grand Staircase Monument area. This amazing slot canyon is one of the longest in the world. Once inside the 200 foot Navajo Sandstone canyon walls, you can explore the stories (pictographs) and enjoy a hike through the spectacular narrows stretching for miles and miles. Kanarra Falls Tour
About a 1 hour drive from Springdale, and right outside of the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park, is Kanarra Falls. This gorgeous river hike is about 3.7 miles round trip. You'll be hiking through the slot canyon, back and forth across the water, which flows year round. There are multiple waterfalls to enjoy, and it's especially beautiful when it's received a bit of snow. One additional bonus is that it is a less visited area and has a far less crowds. A metal staircase with railing has been installed at one of the large waterfalls, and this adds accessibility to all as they hike the canyon. Stop to picnic at a waterfall, and soak in the sounds and beauty of this canyon.
