Jennifer Goodman

Jennifer is a yoga, meditation, and ballet teacher, a lifelong student of yoga, and former professional ballet dancer.

Her devotion to her personal growth and wellbeing led her to explore the depths of yoga and complete trainings in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Kirtan, and master trainings in India that combine aspects of Hatha, Kundalini, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Bhakti, and Tantric practices.

She likes to combine various techniques within each class to challenge the mind and body and create a balanced, healing, and transformational experience. Her classes focus on flexibility, strength, balance, moving with the breath, and quieting the mind through meditation and breath techniques.

Della Ball

The foundation of yoga practice is breath and alignment.

Like the water carving out the canyons of the beautiful landscape that surrounds us in Zion, the breath and moment in tandem helps create space in the body and in the mind for new growth.

Join us in the beautiful and patient practice of presences. Connect deeply with yourself and recenter in the majestic Zion Canyon!

Brooke’s goal is to help others find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga. After years of being a backpacking/hiking guide, Wilderness First Responder, and 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, she has a unique combination of outdoor and yoga experience.

“I strive to create an environment that is both calming and energizing. I believe that yoga is the perfect practice for connecting to our bodies, calming the mind, and being present in the moment.

When I'm not out exploring Southern Utah's canyons and rivers, I enjoy spending time with my dog, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.” - Brooke
