I grew up in St.George Utah, just 45 minutes west of Zion National Park. I really enjoyed skateboarding as well as snowboarding growing up. When i was 19 some friends introduced me to canyoneering. I instantly became hooked and soon found my way into rock climbing. I started rock climbing as often as i could from then on.

I eventually started working at Zion Guru as an outfitter, and slowly worked my way up to being a guide. I particularly enjoy guiding because I love being able to show people the big and little picture of the southwest desert, as well as maybe finding something new they may enjoy doing!

Outside of guiding I try to spend most of my time climbing, or something involving the outdoors! Especially here on the Colorado plateau!
